Solution: Our staff designed and developed a unique technology suite focusing on each aspect of the real estate transaction. The Homebytes Web site not only provided content and education for customers but also was the primary interface for customers. The Homebytes HomebaseSM was the only consumer-driven online interface enabling homesellers to list their own properties on the Multiple Listing Service (MLS). In addition to the core listing interview, customers also had access to a complete suite of home selling tools including a Comparative Market Analysis, Homepricing Calculator, Net Proceeds Calculator, Ad-Writing Assistant, Information Sheet Tool, Home Prep Checklist, Interactive Home Sale Calendar, Virtual Negotiating Table and a complete inventory of forms and disclosures.
